威海市艾灸技术惠民工程的调研及系统评价研究

摘　　要：目的 通过对中医适宜技术艾灸的调查及系统评定情况,评价在基层推广应用艾灸技术的作用、疗效、意义及安全性。方法 以问卷形式,对威海市8个市区进行调查,从5个一级指标和18个二级指标对艾灸技术惠民情况进行评价。结果在威海市区内共发放问卷750份,每个基层中医馆发放问卷5份,回收有效问卷705份,有效回收率为97.78%(705/721)。调查对象对艾灸技术的技术性、安全性具有较高的认可,对其有效性认识不足。结论 调查显示,艾灸临床应用的推广认可度较高,但还可从增强操作者的理论知识、操作规范程度及丰富艾灸技术治疗疾病种类等方面,继续提高艾灸技术的可推广性。Objective To evaluate the role,efficacy,significance and safety of moxibustion technology in promoting its application at the grassroots level by investigating and systematically evaluating the appropriate technology of traditional Chinese medicine moxibus-tion technology.Methods A survey was conducted in eight urban areas of Weihai by questionnaire to evaluate the benefits of moxibus-tion technology to the public in terms of five primary and 18 secondary indicators.Results A total of 750 questionnaires were distrib-uted in Weihai,five questionnaires were distributed to each primary traditional Chinese medicine center,and 705 valid questionnaires were returmned,with a valid return rate of 97.78%(705721).The survey respondents had high recognition of the technicality and safety of moxibustion technology,and low awareness of its effectiveness.Conclusion The survey showed a high level of recognition of the clinical application of moxibustion,but there is room to continue to improve the promotability of moxibustion techniques in terms of im-proving the perfection of moxibustion practice norms,enhancing the theoretical knowledge of operators and practice norms,and ex-panding the types of diseases treated by moxibustion techniques.
