七厘散治疗全髋关节置换术后隐性失血临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察口服七厘散治疗全髋关置换术(THA)后隐性失血的临床效果。方法 选取2022年6月—2022年12月于山东省中医院接受THA的126例患者,随机分为观察组(62例)和对照组(64例)。观察组从术前3 d开始口服七厘散,对照组给予常规治疗,观察两组血红蛋白(HGB)、红细胞比容(HCT)水平及总失血量、隐性失血量、显性失血量、临床疗效、不良反应情况。结果 观察组术后总失血量、隐性失血量少于对照组(P<0.05),术后第5天的HCT、HGB水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为93.55%(58/62),高于对照组的84.38%(54/64)(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 七厘散能够有效减少THA后总失血量和隐性失血量,减少术后血红蛋白丢失量。Objective To observe the clinical effect of oral Qili powder on reducing blood loss after total hip arthroplasty(THA).Methods A total of 126 patients who received THA in Shandong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2022 to December 2022 were randomly divided into observation group(62 cases)and control group(64 cases).The observation group took orally Qili powder 3 days before surgery,while the control group was given conventional treatment.The levels of hemoglobin(HCB),hematocrit(HCT),total blood loss,recessive blood loss,dominant blood loss,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results The total blood loss and recessive blood loss of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the HCT and HGB levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group on the 5th day after the operation(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the cbservation group was 93.55%(58/62),which was higher than that of the control group(84.38%,54/64)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Qili powder can effectively reduce the blood loss and cccult blood loss after THA,and reduce the hemoglobin loss after operation.
