穴位按摩联合贴敷治疗胸腰椎骨折术后便秘临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探究穴位按摩联合穴位贴敷治疗胸腰椎骨折术后便秘的临床效果。方法 选择2022年3月—2023年3月新余市中医院收治的胸腰椎骨折术后便秘患者60例,分为两组,各30例。观察组予穴位按摩联合穴位贴敷治疗,对照组予常规治疗,比较两组治疗满意度、临床疗效及术后排气、排便时间。结果 观察组治疗满意度为96.67%(29/30),高于对照组的73.33%(22/30)(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%(29/30),高于对照组的66.67%(20/30)(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组首次肛门排气、排便时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 针对胸腰椎骨折术后便秘患者,实施穴位按摩联合穴位贴敷治疗,可提升临床效果,同时能够缩短患者术后排气、排便时间,提升其对治疗的满意度,适合临床推广应用。Objective To explore the combination of acupoint massage and acupoint application for the treatment of postoperative con-stipation in thoracolumbar fractures.Methods Sixty postoperative patients with thoracolumbar fractures admited to our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected.The observation group was treated with acupoint massage combined with acupoint applica-tion,and the control group was treated with routine treatment.The satisfaction of treatment,clinical efficacy and postoperative exhaust and defecation time of the wo groups were compared.Results Satisfaction of the observation treatment group was 96.67%(29/30),which was higher than that of control group(22/30,73.33%)(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%(29/30),which was higher than that of control group(20/30,66.67%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the time of first anal exhaust and defeca-tion in observation group was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For postoperative patients with thoracolumbar fractures,implementing acupoint massage combined with acupoint application therapy can improve clinical efficacy,improve postop-erative exhaust and defecation time,and enhance patient satisfaction with treatment.It is suitable for clinical promotion.
