中医循经皮部推拿手法治疗妇科恶性肿瘤术后下肢淋巴水肿临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨中医循经皮部推拿手法治疗妇科恶性肿瘤术后继发下肢淋巴水肿的效果。方法 将70例下肢淋巴水肿患者分为试验组和对照组,每组35例。对照组予常规手法引流综合消肿治疗,试验组予中医循经皮部推拿综合消肿治疗,治疗30 d后对比两组治疗前后患侧肢体周径、疼痛程度、下肢运动功能及生活质量,并综合评估疗效。结果 治疗后,两组患侧下肢周径、疼痛程度、下肢运动功能及生活质量方面均有改善,且试验组改善情况均较对照组更明显(P<0.05)。结论 妇科恶性肿瘤术后继发下肢淋巴水肿患者应用中医循经皮部推拿治疗后,能更有效地促进淋巴回流,以达到降低肿胀、减轻疼痛、提高肢体运动功能、改善生活质量的目的。Objective To explore the effect of percutaneous manipulation massage of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)on patients with lower extremity lymphedema secondary to gynecological malignant tumor operation.Methods A total of 70 patients with lower ex-tremity lymphedema were divided into observation group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine manual drainage and comprehensive detumescence,while the observation group was treated with percutaneous manipula-tion massage of TCM.After 30 days of treatment,the curative effect was comprehensively evaluated by comparing the peripheral diam-eter,pain degree,motor function and quality of life of the affected limb before and after treatment.Results After treatment,lower limb circumference,pain degree,motor function and quality of life in both groups were improved,and the improvement in experimental group was more significant than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of percutaneous massage therapy in pa-tients with lower limb lymphedema after gynecological malignant tumor surgery can effectively promote lymphatic reflux,so as to re-duce swelling,relieve pain,improve limb motor function and improve quality of life.
