壮医外治痛风性关节炎研究进展

摘　　要：痛风性关节炎(GA)是人体内嘌呤代谢紊乱而引发的疾病,其患病人数不断上升,并逐渐趋于年轻化。壮医针对本病多采用外治法,包括壮医经筋疗法、壮医药线点灸疗法、壮医刺血疗法、壮医针挑疗法、壮医莲花针拔罐逐瘀疗法等,具有消炎镇痛、活血化瘀、疏通经络之功效,有着效果显著、不良作用少、价格低廉等优点。文章就壮医外治法用于GA的研究进展进行探讨,总结近年来的相关研究成果。Gouty arthritis(GA)is a disease caused by the disorder of purine metabolism in human body.The number of patients with GA is increasing and tends to be younger.Zhuang medicine often uses external therapy to treat this disease,including Zhuang medi-cine Jingjin therapy,Zhuang medicine thread moxibustion therapy,Zhuang medicine pricking blood therapy,Zhuang medicine needle pricking therapy,Zhuang medicine lotus needle cupping therapy to remove blood stasis,etc.,it has the effects of anti-inflammation and analgesia,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,dredging channels and collaterals,and has the advantages of ob-vious curative effect,less side effects and low price.This paper discussed the research progress of extemal treatment of GA by Zhuang medicine,and summarized the research results of extemal treatment of Zhuang medicine in recent years.
