摘　　要：乳痛症是乳腺病患者最常见的门诊就诊原因之一,为育龄期妇女高发病。现代医学对于乳痛症的治疗手段主要包括心理干预、改变生活习惯和药物治疗,但常用治疗药物多有长期预后不详、不良作用大、价格昂贵等问题。中医学者常将乳痛症归属于“乳癖”范畴,目前在我国,中医药因效果突出、安全性佳、依从性好等优点成为临床主流的治疗方法之一。现通过搜集整理近年来中医药疗法用于乳痛症的报道,针对中医药疗法对乳痛症的效果进行分析,以期为临床治疗乳痛症提供一定的参考。Mastodynia is one of the most common reasons for outpatient visits in women with breast disease and is highly prevalent in women of reproductive age.Modern medicine for the treatment of mastodynia mainly includes Psychological intervention,lifestyle modification,and drug treatment,but the commonly used therapeutic drugs mostly have problems such as unknown long-term progno-sis,large side effects,and high price.Traditional Chinese medicine scholars often ascribe mastodynia to the category of"mastophilia".At present,in our country,traditional Chinese medicine treatment is the first choice treatment in clinical practice because of its out-standing efficacy,safety,and good medical compliance.Now by gathering a review of recent reports of traditional Chinese medicine therapies for the treatment of mastodynia,the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine therapies in the treatment of mastodynia was analyzed,in the hope of providing a certain reference for the clinical treatment of mastodynia.
