摘　　要：瘙痒是胆汁淤积性肝病最常见的临床症状之一,瘙痒反复发作给患者工作、生活带来了严重的不良影响,严重瘙痒可导致患者情绪异常,出现焦躁、抑郁等表现,甚者可出现自杀、自伤行为。近年来,相关研究表明中医药对于胆汁淤积性肝病瘙痒症状具有一定的调节改善作用,但尚无综述加以整理归纳。因此文章归纳诸医家应用中药内服、针灸等中医药方法治疗此病的临床研究进展,分析中医药治疗的优势,以期为临床提供一定的参考。Pruritus is one of the most common clinical symptoms of cholestatic liver disease.Repeated attacks of pruritus bring seri-ous adverse effects on patients'work and life,and severe pruritus can lead to abnormal mood,anxiety,depression and other manifesta-tions,and in serious cases,suicide and self-injurious behavior.In recent years,relevant studies have shown that traditional Chinese medicine has a moderating effect on the pruritus symptoms of this disease,but no review has been conducted to summarize the rel-evant studies.Therefore,this paper analyzed the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cholestatic liver dis-ease with pruritus by summarizing the research progress of various medical practitioners in traditional Chinese medicine such as inter-nal medicine and acupuncture,in order to provide some reference for the treatment of this disease.
