基于创新人才培养的教学改革——以药剂学课程为例

摘　　要：药剂学是药学专业一门重要的专业主干课程,如何在新形势下顺应医药行业发展,培养出具有创新能力的药学专业人才是很多高校药剂学课程教学改革的重点。根据当今社会创新型人才需求特点,文章提出了如下教改建议:结合教师科研成果,设计前沿性教学内容;强化实验教学环节,增加探索性实验内容;以创新创业大赛为驱动,培养学生创新能力;利用临床医疗资源,构建协同育人新格局。通过教学改革提升教学质量、扩展科研视野,为培养学生创新能力提供参考和帮助。Pharmaceutics is an important main course of the pharmacy major.How to adapt to the development of the pharmaceutical industry under the new situation and cultivate innovative pharmacy professionals is the focus of the teaching reform of the Pharmaceu-tics course in many universities.According to the characteristics of the demand of innovative talents in society,the article put forward the following teaching reform suggestions:design forward teaching content based on scientific research achievements of teachers,strengthen experimental teaching links and increase exploratory experimental content,cultivate students'innovation ability driven by the innovation and entrepreneurship competition,use clinical medical resources to build a new pattern of collaborative education.The above teaching reforms are believably essential for improving teaching quality,expanding scientific horizons,and providing reference and help for cultivating students'innovation ability.
