摘　　要：党的二十大报告提出的“中国式现代化”是今后一个时期奋斗的主题。创新是中国式现代化的第一动力,中国式创新的理论内涵、历史跃迁和时代方略显著区别于西方创新理论。中国式创新必须是在中国特色社会主义理论框架下的独特创新范式,以“新型举国体制”为制度支撑,以“自主可控”为安全前提,以“创新市场”为要素依托,以“万众创新”为基础驱动,以“开放式创新”为发展原则。中国式创新的历史跃迁经历了“政府主导—政府推动—市场导向—有效市场与有为政府结合”四个发展阶段。中国式创新的时代方略要求完善科技创新机制、加快形成新质生产力,优化新型举国体制、推进关键核心技术攻关,调动人民群众创新激情、培育全民创新氛围,培育中国式创新文化、营造良好创新环境。The concept of"Chinese-style modernization",introduced in the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,establishes the primary theme for future development efforts.Innovation serves as the fundamental driving force behind this modernization,with Chinese-style innovation exhibiting distinct theoretical connotations,historical evolution,and strategic approaches compared to Western innovation theories.Chinesestyle innovation must be understood as a unique innovation paradigm within the framework of socialism with Chinese characteristics.It is supported by the"new whole-national system",predicated on"self-reliance and controllability"for security,grounded in the"innovation-driven market",driven by"mass innovation",and guided by the principle of"open innovation".The historical evolution of Chinese-style innovation has progressed through four developmental stages:"government-led innovation","government-driven innovation","market-oriented innovation",and the combination of"effective markets and an active government".The strategic approach to Chinese-style innovation necessitates enhancing scientific and technological innovation mechanisms to accelerate the development of new productive forces,optimizing the new whole-nation system to advance breakthrough achievements in core technologies,mobilizing public enthusiasm for innovation to foster a society-wide innovative atmosphere,and cultivating an innovation-oriented culture to create a conducive environment for innovation.
