摘  要:目的分析福建省疾病预防控制机构人力资源配置情况,为制定优化策略提供依据。方法采用卫生资源集聚度法分析2012年、2022年福建省疾病预防控制机构人力资源数据,并进行人力资源配置公平性评价。结果与2012年相比,2022年福建省疾病预防控制机构人员占比增加了15.7%,多数设区市的疾病预防控制机构每万人配置人员数呈增长趋势;<35岁青年组和≥55岁老年组增加了7.3%和1.3%,文化程度本科及以上的升至66.2%。人力资源配置公平性分析结果显示,按地理面积配置为厦门市>莆田市>泉州市>福州市>漳州市>宁德市>三明市>龙岩市>南平市,按人口配置为三明市>龙岩市>南平市>宁德市>漳州市>莆田市>泉州市>福州市>厦门市。结论福建省疾病预防控制机构人力资源配置不够均衡,应采取差异化的资源配置策略缩小地区间差距。Objective To analyze the human resource allocation in disease prevention and control institutions in Fujian Province,and to provide a basis for formulating optimization strategies.Methods Analyzing relevant data on human resources from the disease prevention and control institutions in Fujian Province for the years 2012 and 2022 by the health resource agglomeration method,and conducting an evaluation of the equity in human resource allocation.Methods Compared to 2012,the proportion of personnel in disease prevention and control institutions in 2022 increased by15.7%.Most prefecture-level disease prevention and control institutions showed a growing trend in staff allocation per 10000 residents.The proportions of younger(<35 years)and older(≥55 years)age groups increased by 7.3%and1.3%,respectively.The proportions of staff with bachelor's degrees or higher increased to 66.2%.An analysis of the equity of human resource allocation showed that,based on geographic area,the ranking was Xiamen>Putian>Quanzhou>Fuzhou>Zhangzhou>Ningde>Sanming>Longyan>Nanping,and based on the permanent population,the ranking was Sanming>Longyan>Nanping>Ningde>Zhangzhou>Putian>Quanzhou>Fuzhou>Xiamen.Conclusion The allocation of human resources in disease prevention and control institutions in Fujian is not sufficiently balanced,and differentiated resource allocation strategies should be implemented to reduce regional disparities.
