上海市某社区老年人健康体检结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解上海市浦东新区三林社区卫生服务中心≥65岁老年人健康状况,为社区老年人健康管理提供指导。方法收集2023年三林社区卫生服务中心13789名≥65岁老年人的健康体检数据,对体检结果及影响因素进行统计分析。结果在13789名老年人中,体检指标异常检出率前3位分别为腰臀比偏大(81.83%)、高血压(59.92%)和超重/肥胖(58.06%);女性高血压、血脂异常及腰臀比偏大比例高于男性,男性B超异常、高尿酸血症、血糖异常、总胆红素异常、血肌酐异常比例高于女性;高血压、B超异常、血肌酐异常及高尿酸血症比例随年龄的增加明显增高;随着BMI的增加,高血压、血糖异常、血尿酸和腰臀比异常的比例增加;BMI和B超异常率随着体育锻炼频次的增加逐渐下降。结论社区应对老年人健康管理提供个性化指导,针对影响健康因素进行干预,从而有效地改善老年人的健康状况。Objective To understand the health status of the elderly aged≥65 in Sanlin Community,Pudong New Area,Shanghai,so as to provide quantitative guidance for community health management of the elderly.Methods A total of 13789 elderly aged≥65 participated in health examination in Sanlin community in 2023 were selected as the research objects,and their physical examination results were statistically analyzed.Methods Among 13789 elderly people,the top 3 abnormal indicators were greater waist-to-hip ratio(81.83%),hypertension(59.92%)and over weight/obesity(58.06%).The proportion of hypertension,dyslipidemia and large waist-to-hip ratio in female were higher than that in male,and the proportion of abnormal B-ultrasound,hyperuricemia,abnormal blood glucose,abnormal total bilirubin and abnormal blood creatinine in male were higher than that in female.With the increase of age,the proportion of hypertension,abnormal B-ultrasound,abnormal creatinine and hyperuricemia increased significantly.The prevalence of hypertension,abnormal blood glucose,abnormal blood uric acid and waist-to-hip ratio increased with the rise in body mass index(BMI).The BMI and abnormal rate of B-ultrasound gradually decreased with the increasing frequency of physical exercise.Conclusion The community should provide personalized health management guidance for the elderly,intervene in factors that affect health,to improve the health status of the elderly effectively.
