摘 要:目的了解2014—2023年宁波市医疗机构污水消毒的合格率。方法依据《医疗机构水污染物排放标准》(GB 18466—2005),对宁波市部分医疗机构污水处理情况进行调查和分析。结果10年共采样1664份,总体合格率为93.69%,2014—2023年合格率依次为96.09%、82.76%、84.08%、94.59%、96.53%、96.43%、93.48%、94.76%、96.79%、98.44%,10年合格率呈明显上升趋势(χ_(趋势)^(2)=23.953,P<0.05);粪大肠菌群合格率为97.84%,未检出沙门氏菌和志贺氏菌,三级医疗机构总余氯合格率为86.37%;三级医疗机构总体合格率比二级医疗机构高(P<0.05)。结论宁波市医疗机构污水消毒质量总体较好,但三级医疗机构加氯量控制不够严格,需加强监督管理。二级医疗机构需要进一步提升污水的消毒处理水平。Objective To investigate the qualification rate of sewage disinfection in medical institutions in Ningbo City from 2014 to 2023.Methods Based on Emission Standards for Water Pollutants from Medical Institutions(GB18466-2005),conducting a survey and analysis of the wastewater treatment conditions in some medical institutions in Ningbo City.Methods A total of 1664 samples were collected over 10 years,with an overall qualification rate of93.69%.The annual qualification rates from 2014 to 2023 were 96.09%,82.76%,84.08%,94.59%,96.53%,96.43%,93.48%,94.76%,96.79%and 98.44%,respectively,showing a significant upward trend over 10 years(χ_(trend)^(2)=23.953,P<0.05).The qualification rate for fecal coliforms was 97.84%,and no Salmonella or Shigella were detected.The overall residual chlorine qualification rate for tertiary medical institutions was 86.37%.Tertiary medical institutions had a higher overall qualification rate than secondary medical institutions(P<0.05).Conclusion The quality of sewage disinfection in medical institutions in Ningbo City is generally good,but there needs to be stricter control of chlorine dosage in tertiary medical institutions,requiring enhanced supervision and management.Secondary medical institutions need to further improve their sewage disinfection levels.
