摘  要:目的分析2018—2023年丽水市新生儿医院感染流行病学特征及危险因素,为制定预防措施提供参考。方法采用整群抽样法,抽取2018—2023年在丽水市3所医院分娩的新生儿的病历资料,收集其基本资料,分析其流行病学特征及发生医院感染的危险因素。结果2018—2023年丽水市新生儿医院感染发生率为1.04%,其中2020年医院感染发病率最高,为1.45%;100例新生儿医院感染共检出病原菌108株,其中革兰氏阳性菌占比最多,为58.33%。出生体质量<2000 g、接受侵入性操作、使用抗生素及伴有新生儿肺炎是新生儿发生医院感染的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论2018—2023年丽水市新生儿医院感染发生率多发生在春季,病原菌最多为革兰氏阳性菌。应针对危险因素制定切实可行的防控措施。Objective To analysis the epidemiological characteristics of neonatal nosocomial infection(NI)in Lishui City from 2018 to 2023,and to provide guidance for the formulation of preventive measures.Methods The medical records of neonates delivered in three hospitals in Lishui City were selected by cluster sampling from 2018 to 2023,and the basic data were collected.The epidemiological characteristics and risk factors of NI were analyzed.Methods The total incidence rate of neonatal NI was 1.04%from 2018 to 2023,and the highest incidence rate of NI was 1.45%in 2020.A total of 108 strains of pathogenic bacteria were detected in 100 cases of neonatal NI,of which Gram-positive bacteria accounted for the largest proportion at 58.33%.Birth weight<2000 g,invasive operation,use of antibiotics and neonatal pneumonia were risk factors for NI in neonates(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of neonatal NI in Lishui City from 2018 to 2023 mostly occurs in spring,and the most common pathogenic bacteria are mostly Gram-positive bacteria.Practical and feasible prevention and control measures should be developed for risk factors.
