摘　　要：社区儿童视觉健康管理模式是针对儿童视力不良提出的一种将基本医疗和基本公共卫生有机结合的新型管理模式,适合在社区卫生服务中心开展。上海市长宁区虹桥街道社区卫生服务中心结合自身实际,探索实践了社区儿童视觉筛查、诊疗、康复训练,建立了上下联动,医防融合,预防、治疗、康复一体的新型社区儿童视觉健康管理模式,并逐步将其与家庭医生签约服务结合。通过对上海市长宁区虹桥街道社区卫生服务中心实践经验与初步成效进行分析,提出了进一步完善社区儿童视觉健康管理模式的思考,为基层医疗卫生机构开展儿童视觉健康管理提供可行性依据。Community visual health management model for children with poor vision is a new management model that combines basic medical treatment and basic public health,which is suitable for community health service centers.Hongqiao Community Health Service Center of Shanghai Changning District has explored and practiced the visual screening,diagnosis and treatment,and rehabilitation training of community children in combination with its own reality,established a new type of community children’s vi⁃sual health management model with up-down linkage,medical and prevention integration,prevention,treatment,and health integra⁃tion,and gradually combined it with the contracted services of family doctors.Based on the analysis of the practical experience and initial results of Hongqiao Community Health Service Center in Changning District of Shanghai,it puts forward the thinking of fur⁃ther improving the management mode of community children’s visual health,and provides a feasible basis for the development of children’s visual health management in primary medical institutions.
