摘  要:为提高动力电池热扩散试验的效率和安全性,基于某热扩散实验室实际数据建立实验室三维模型并开展了气体扩散仿真分析,针对实验室气体扩散效率不高的问题,提出在冷却水池正上方设置双吸气口的改进方案,仿真验证结果表明,与原方案相比,改进方案CO_(2)浓度峰值降低25%、CO_(2)气体扩散效率提高22.16%,有效提高了试验效率和安全性。In order to improve the efficiency and safety of thermal diffusion testing for power batteries,a threedimensional model of the laboratory is established and gas diffusion simulation analysis is carried out based on actual data from a thermal diffusion laboratory.Regarding the issue of low diffusion efficiency of laboratory gases,the paper proposes an improved scheme to install dual suction ports directly above the cooling water tank.The simulation verification results show that the improved scheme reduces the peak CO_(2)concentration by 25%and increases the CO_(2)gas diffusion efficiency by 22.16%compared with the original scheme,,which effectively improves experimental efficiency and safety.
