摘　　要：为了了解西和县鸡群免疫抑制病的流行情况,对该地区38个鸡场进行了鸡传染性贫血病(CIA)、鸡传染性法氏囊病(IBD)、禽白血病(ALV)3种免疫抑制病的流行病学调查。采用ELISA方法检测的CIA、IBD、ALV-J血清抗体阳性率分别为78.13%(750/960)、97.42%(832/854)、11.88%(114/960)。采用PCR技术检测的CIA、IBD病原的阳性率为13.01%(139/1068),IBD病原检测为阴性(0/1068),ELISA方法检测的ALV-p27病原阳性率为3.68%(39/1068)。调查结果表明,血清抗体阳性率高于病原阳性率,且抗体阳性率高的,其平均抗体滴度也较高。本研究通过对甘肃省西和县鸡群免疫抑制病的流行病学调查,为西和县鸡群免疫抑制病的防控提供了理论依据。In order to understand the prevalence of immunosuppressive diseases in chickens in Xihe County,an epidemiological survey of three immunosuppressive diseases,infectious chicken Infectious Anemia(CIA),bursal disease(IBD)and avian leukemia(ALV)was conducted in 38 chicken farms in Xihe County.The positive rates of CIA,IBD and ALV-J antibodies detected by ELISA were 78.13%(750/960),97.42%(832/854)and 11.88%(114/960),respectively.The positive rate of CIA and IBD detected by PCR was 13.01%(139/1068).The positive rate of IBD was negative(0/1068).And the positive rate of ALV-p27 detected by ELISA was 3.68%(39/1068).The investigate results showed that serum antibody positive rate was higher than pathogen positive rate,and the average antibody titer was higher with high antibody positive rate.This study provides a theoretical basis for the prevention and control of immunosuppressive disease of chickens in Xihe County,Gansu province through the epidemiological investigation.
