摘　　要：为了探究非遗传因素对澳洲白绵羊初生体重的影响和遗传参数估计,该研究利用SAS 9.4软件中的GLM(一般线性模型)对出生年份、出生季节、胎次、出生类型及性别5个非遗传因素进行最小二乘分析,使用DMU软件中的DMUAI模块对初生重进行方差组分估计。结果表明:澳洲白绵羊初生重遗传力、母体遗传力分别为0.28、0.22,属于中等遗传力;出生年份、出生季节、胎次、出生类型及性别均对澳洲白绵羊初生重有极显著影响(P<0.01),胎次对初生重无显著影响(P>0.05)。研究结果为今后澳洲白绵羊的遗传评定和遗传参数估计统计模型的建立提供了参考依据。The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of non-genetic factors on birth weight and estimate the genetic parameters in Australian white sheep.In this study,the non-genetic factors including year of birth,season of birth,order of general linear model,birth type and sex were analyzed using GLM in SAS 9.4 software.DMUAI module of DMU software was utilized to estimate the variance components of the initial weight.According to the single-trait model,the heritability of birth weight and maternal heritability of Australian white sheep were 0.28 and 0.22,respectively.The results showed that birth year,birth season,birth order,birth type and sex have significant effects on birth weight of Australian white sheep,and the parity has no significant effect on the birth weight of newborns.These results provide a reference for genetic evaluation and statistical model of genetic parameters estimation in Australian white sheep.
