摘  要:新建线路盾构上穿既有盾构隧道,不可避免地会打破原有地层的平衡,导致土层的变形,进而引起既有盾构隧道的变形,发生隧道管片碎裂、错台、线型偏移、渗漏水等现象,甚者导致列车停运的重大社会影响事故发生等。本文以宁波市鄞州大道-福庆路综合管廊工程为例,采用Midas GTS NX有限元分析软件建立三维数值模型,计算既有运营隧道在上穿施工过程中的变形数值。通过采取精细化的施工控制措施手段,总结了上穿过程施工技术特点,分析了既有运营隧道的变形规律,为相关工程施工积累了经验,提供了可靠的参考依据。The construction of a new line shield tunneling through an existing shield tunnel will inevitably disrupt the balance of the original strata,lead to deformation of the soil layer and subsequently cause deformation of the existing shield tunnel,result in phenomena such as tunnel segment fragmentation,misalignment,line deviation,water leakage,and even major social impact accidents such as train shutdown.This article took the Yinzhou Avenue Fuqing Road comprehensive pipe gallery project in Ningbo City as an example,and used Midas GTS NX finite element analysis software to establish a three-dimensional numerical model to calculate the deformation values of the existing operating tunnel during the upper crossing construction process.By adopting refined construction control measures,the construction technology measures during the upper crossing process were summarized,and the deformation laws of existing operating tunnels were analyzed,which will accumulate experience and provide reliable reference for similar engineering construction in the future.
