汽车转向梯形检测机理分析及故障检测机构设计

摘  要:汽车转向系是汽车行驶系统的重要组成部分,其性能不仅影响汽车的操纵稳定性,而且与汽车的行驶安全性密切相关,发生故障极易引发交通事故。本文通过对整体式转向梯形机构进行数学建模,经过分析求解得出转向梯形底角与前轮转向前张角的变化规律,用于转向梯形故障检测机构的设计,为汽车转向系统故障检测提供依据。The vehicle steering system is an important component of its driving system.Its performance not only affects the handling stability of the vehicle,but is also closely related to the driving safety of the car.If a malfunction occurs,it is very easy to cause traffic accidents.This paper establishes a mathematical model of the integral steering trapezoid mechanism and obtains the variation law of the bottom angle of the steering trapezoid and the front wheel steering front angle through solving.This conclusion is used for the design of a steering trapezoid fault detection mechanism,providing a basis for detecting faults in automotive steering systems.
