摘  要:膨胀管裸眼封堵技术在处理严重井漏、地层坍塌及高低压同层等复杂钻井情况中已得到广泛应用,现有膨胀管管材强度较低,一般无法同时抵抗多套地层压力体系产生的内外压差,制约了膨胀管在深井超深井裸眼段的应用。根据现场需求研制更高强度的膨胀管材料,采用中锰合金钢的设计思路,提高相组织中的逆转变奥氏体以获得较高的塑性,并使胀后管体保持较高的强度。本文主要介绍了Φ194×11mm和Φ219×12mm两种规格膨胀管管材的研制,实验材料基本达到国外同等级的管材性能指标,屈强比为85.1%,均匀延伸率为26.5%,通过数值模拟确定两种规格膨胀管的膨胀压力,通过地面实验验证膨胀过程的稳定性,最终在现场进行试验,充分验证新型管材性能达到工程技术要求。Solid Expandable tubular open hole clad technology has been widely used in dealing with complex drilling conditions such as severe loss,formation collapse and different pressure system in the same formation.The existing expandable tubular has insufficient strength,and generally can not resist the difference of internal and external pressure generated by multiple formation pressure systems,which restricts the application of expandable tubular.The material of expandable tubular with higher strength is developed according to the site demand.The design of medium manganese alloy steel is used to improve the reverse austenite in phase structure to obtain higher plasticity and keep higher strength after expansion.This paper mainly introduces the development of Φ194×11mm and Φ219×12mm expandable tubular.The experimental materials basically meet the performance indexes of the same grade tubular abroad,with the yield ratio of 85.1% and the uniform elongation of 26.5%.The expandable pressure of the expandable tubular was determined by numerical simulation,and the stability of the expansion was verified by ground experiments.Finally,the field tests were carried out to prove that the performance of new material meets the engineering technical requirements.
