摘 要:研究通过添加无卤阻燃剂、石墨烯氧化物(GO)和羟基化多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs-OH)对聚丙烯(PP)基复合材料的阻燃性能、导电性能及力学性能进行了系统研究。结果表明,随着阻燃剂含量的增加,材料的阻燃性能明显提升。当GO和MWCNTs-OH含量为5%时,复合材料在阻燃剂含量较低(15份)时仍然能够达到UL94V-0的阻燃等级,其表面电阻率降低至4.5×10^(-9)Ω,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别提升至30MPa和380%。这些性能的显著提升归因于GO与MWCNTs-OH的协同作用,形成了致密的炭化层及三维导电网络,并有效增强了材料的力学性能。研究为制备高性能、多功能聚丙烯基复合材料提供了重要参考。The flame retardants,electrical conductivity and mechanical properties of polypropylene(PP)matrix composites were studied by adding halogen-free flame retardants,graphene oxides(GO)and hydroxylated multi-wall carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs-OH).The results show that with the increase of flame retardant content,the flame retardancy of the material is obviously improved.When the content of GO and MWCNT-OH was 5%,the composites could still reach the flame retardant grade of UL-94 V-0 at a low flame retardant content(15 parts),the surface resistivity was reduced to 4.5×10^(-9)Ω,and the tensile strength and elongation at break were increased to 30 MPa and 380%,respectively.These significant improvements were attributed to the synergistic interaction of GO and MWCNTs-OH,which formed a dense carbonized layer and three-dimensional conductive network,and effectively enhanced the mechanical properties of the material.This study provides an important reference for the preparation of high performance and multi-functional polypropylene composites.
