摘 要:选择准东高铁煤将军庙煤作为研究对象,通过改变添加剂Fe_(2)O_(3)含量,研究铁含量对准东高铁煤灰熔融特性的影响,进一步分析准东高铁煤煤灰中矿物的演变规律,并计算分析煤灰的黏度。结果表明:在将军庙原煤煤灰中,低熔点矿物钙镁黄长石的生成是其灰熔融温度较低的主要原因;当将军庙煤中Fe_(2)O_(3)质量分数为8%时,煤灰的变形温度(DT)、软化温度(ST)均降至最低,主要原因是生成了大量铁橄榄石;将军庙煤中Fe_(2)O_(3)质量分数大于8%时,煤灰矿物中出现高熔点矿物的莫来石,使其DT和ST均上升;温度超过1000℃后,随着温度的继续升高,煤灰的黏度逐渐减小;Fe_(2)O_(3)质量分数为8%的煤灰黏度最先进入煤灰的强沉积区间,沾污结渣情况最严重;温度为1300℃时,不同Fe_(2)O_(3)质量分数下煤灰的黏度基本相同。The Jiangjunmiao coal of Zhundong high-iron coal was selected as the research object,and the effect of iron content on the ash-melting characteristics of Zhundong high-iron coal ash was investigated by changing the content of Fe_(2)O_(3).Moreover,the evolution of minerals in the coal ash of Zhundong high-iron coal was analyzed,and the coal ash viscosity was calculated and analyzed.Results show that the formation of low melting point mineral calcium-magnesium yellow feldspar is the main reason for its lower ash melting temperature.When the Fe_(2)O_(3)content in the Jiangjunmiao coal is 8%,the ash deformation temperature(DT)and softening temperature(ST)decrease to the lowest,which is mainly due to the generation of a large amount of iron olivine.When the Fe_(2)O_(3)content in Jiangjunmiao coal is higher than 8%,mullite,a high melting point mineral,appears in the ash minerals,causing both DT and ST of coal ash to increase.After the temperature exceeds 1000℃,the viscosity of the coal ash gradually decreases with the increase of temperature.The viscosity of coal ash with 8%Fe_(2)O_(3)content is the first to enter the strong deposition zone of coal ash with the most serious staining and slagging.At temperature of 1300℃,the viscosity of coal ash with different Fe_(2)O_(3)contents is basically the same.
