摘 要:聚丙烯(PP)基材作为非极性材料,表面难以直接涂装,常用油性氯化聚丙烯(CPP)作为底涂以增加PP与涂料之间的附着力,但含大量挥发性有机物(VOCs),环境污染严重.合成的水溶性丙烯酸酯接枝氯化聚丙烯乳液(WA-CPP),具有VOC含量低(2%~4%)、粘度低(700~1300 cP,25℃)、乳液稳定性高和热性能优异等特点.WA-CPP制备的涂层在PP基材上附着力可达0级,耐冲击性能大于100 cm,抗弯折性能为0 T_(f);WA-CPP乳液可有效改善PP基材与涂料的相互作用和附着力以及耐水性.使用扫描电镜等技术分析了附着力增强机制,WA-CPP可望在PP表面改性及涂装等领域得到广泛应用.It is very difficult to coat the surface of polypropylene(PP)substrate directly due to its non-polarity.To improve the adhesion between PP and coatings,oil-soluble chlorinated polypropylene(CPP)is commonly used as a primer,but the high levels of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)lead to seriously environmental pollution.Here,a water-soluble acrylic ester-grafted chlorinated polypropylene emulsion(WA-CPP)was developed and showed low VOCs content(2%~4%),low viscosity(700~1300 cP,25℃),high stability and excellent thermal stability.The adhesion of the coating prepared by WA-CPP on PP substrate could reach level 0,with an impact resistance exceeding 100 cm,and a flexural resistance of 0 T_(f).The WA-CPP emulsion could significantly enhance the interaction and adhesion between the PP substrate and paint,as well as the water resistance of the coatings.The improvement mechanism of adhesion was investigated using scanning electron microscope,and demonstrated wide application prospects in surface modification and coating for PP.
