摘 要:运用换热网络夹点技术,针对某炼油厂常减压装置进行节能潜力分析和优化改造.结果表明:在利用相邻一套蒸馏装置的低温热的情况下,可以提高蒸馏二套换热终温7℃,即从278℃提升至285℃,同时增加自产蒸汽1.7 t·h^(-1).经过对换热器进行核算,和现有换热网络相比,节省加热炉1381 kW,增加自产蒸汽1184 kW,使用低温热循环水加热节能2502 kW,总节能效益296万元·a^(-1).Energy-saving potential analysis and optimizing reformation were carried out for the crude oil distillation unit in an oil refinery by pinch technology.The result indicated that by utilizing the low-temperature heat of the adjacent distillation unit,the final heat exchange temperature of the second distillation unit could be increased by 7℃,from 278℃to 285℃,while the amount of self-produced steam was increased by 1.7 tons per hour.Compared with the existing heat exchanger network,it saved 1381 kW for heating the furnace,increased 1184 kW for the self-production of steam,and further saved 2502 kW through the use of low-temperature circulation water.The total energy-savings accounted for 2.96 million yuan a year.
