摘 要:应用场景作为科技创新、应用落地、生态整合、场景打造为一体的集成系统,很好地把产业创新和科技创新深度融合起来,推动产业建圈强链、优化升级和集群发展。该文从应用场景创新实践中,原创性提出应用场景供给主导模型、政府采购模型和资本整合模型等三种主要方式,并展开了初步的数理分析,明确政府、链主企业或科技领军企业是推进应用场景创新的主要力量。特别是政府的主导作用至关重要,既要前瞻布局、超前作为,又要出台具体支持政策和工作措施,精心呵护和培育应用场景,因地制宜发展新质生产力。同时,对应用场景创新的风险防范进行了对策性分析。As an integrated system of scientific and technological innovation,application landing,ecological integration,and scene creation,application scenarios well integrate industrial innovation and scientific and techno logical innovation,and promote to build strong industrial chains and achieve optimization and cluster development.Based on the practice of application scenario innovation,this paper proposes three main methods,namely,applica tion scenario supply leading model,government procurement model and capital integration model,and carries out a preliminary mathematical analysis to clarify that the government,chain owner enterprises or technology leaders are the main forces to promote application scenario innovation.In particular,the leading role of the government is cru cial,which should not only be equipped with forward-looking layout and advance action,but also introduce specif ic support policies and work measures,carefully care for and cultivate application scenarios so that new quality pro ductive forces can be developed according to local conditions.Countermeasures analysis has been carried out on the risk prevention of application scenario innovation.
