高校智库开展信息服务“国之大者”决策咨询研究的建设探索——以中央财经大学为例

摘　　要：高校智库作为中国新型智库的重要组成部分,在过去几年蓬勃发展,促进了学术成果向政策决策的转化,“问题导向”开展研究的带动作用明显。该文以中央财经大学为例,总结高校建设智库的经验做法,分析高校开展决策咨询研究的基础优势及组织管理中的难点,提出搭建组织化体系化的智库专家体系、加强信息化标准化的结果反馈、提升专业化培训能力对高校智库建设具有重要意义,有益于进一步提高决策咨询研究质量,提升学者建言献策的积极性和有效性。As an important part of China's new think tanks,university think tanks have developed vigorously in the past few years,promoting the transformation of academic achievements into policy decisions,and playing the obviously leading role of"problem-oriented"research.Taking Central University of Finance and Economics as an example,this paper summarizes the experience and practice of the construction of think tanks in universities,ana lyzes the basic advantages of decision-making consulting research in universities and the difficulties in organization al management,and proposes that it is of great significance for the construction of think tanks in universities to build an organized and systematic expert system of think tanks,strengthen the feedback of information standardiza tion results,and improve professional training capabilities.It is beneficial to further improve the quality of decision-making consultation research and enhance the enthusiasm and effectiveness of scholars'suggestions.
