摘　　要：近年来,全球生态环境遥感监测评估的重要性日益凸显。面对气候变化和人类活动的挑战,我国作为负责任大国,积极落实共建人类命运共同体理念,推动全球生态环境保护。开展全球生态环境监测不仅是科学需求,更是战略需求,能够有效支持可持续发展、气候变化应对和生物多样性保护。当前,监测体系面临数据不足和技术手段落后等问题。为此,建议加强全球生态环境遥感监测,提升我国在国际环境治理中的话语权,逐步建立基于国产卫星的监测技术体系,提高自主监测能力。同时,应尽快开展国际公约履约成效评估,掌握谈判的主动权。通过统筹推进各项措施,我国将为全球生态环境治理贡献更多智慧与力量,助力推进生态文明建设,实现可持续发展目标。The necessity of global ecological environment remote sensing monitoring and assessment is becom ing increasingly prominent.In the face of climate change and the challenges of human activities,as a responsible major country,China actively implements the concept of building a community with a shared future for mankind and promotes global ecological environment protection.Conducting global ecological environment monitoring is not only a scientific requirement but also a strategic demand,which can effectively support sustainable development,climate change response,and biodiversity conservation.Currently,the monitoring system faces issues such as insufficient data and outdated technical means.Therefore,it is recommended to strengthen global ecological environment remote sensing monitoring,enhance China's discourse power in international environmental governance,gradually establish a monitoring technical system based on domestic satellites,and improve independent monitoring capabilities.At the same time,We should conduct an assessment of the effectiveness of the implementation of international conventions as soon as possible and take the initiative in negotiations.By comprehensively advancing various measures,China will contribute more wisdom and strength to global ecological environment governance,aiding in the realization of ecological civilization construction and sustainable development goals.
