剖宫产术后肠梗阻的相关危险因素分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨剖宫产术后肠梗阻的相关危险因素。方法:回顾性分析2020年1月至2023年1月,本院收治的140例剖宫产手术患者临床资料。将其中40例术后出现肠梗阻的患者列为观察组,100例未出现肠梗阻的患者列为对照组。分析比较2组患者临床相关资料,分析剖宫产术后肠梗阻的相关危险因素。结果:麻醉方式、手术时间超过60 min、术中出血量过多、合并妇科疾病是引起剖宫产术后肠梗阻的危险因素。2组相关数据比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:引起剖宫产术后肠梗阻的相关因素比较复杂,麻醉方式、手术时间超过60 min、术中出血量过多、合并妇科疾病是引起剖宫产术后肠梗阻的危险因素。应在术中做好相关预防措施,术后尽早诊断和治疗,确保产妇生命安全不受影响。Objective To explore the relevant risk factors of intestinal obstruction after cesarean section. Methods Total 140 patients who underwent cesarean section in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected. Among them, 40 patients with postoperative intestinal obstruction were included in the observation group, and 100 patients without intestinal obstruction were included in the control group.The clinical data of patients in the two groups were analyzed and compared to analyze the relevant risk factors of intestinal obstruction after cesarean section. Results The anesthesia method, operation time exceeding 60 minutes, excessive intraoperative blood loss, and combined gynecological diseases were the risk factors for intestinal obstruction after cesarean section. There was the statistically significant difference in the relevant data of the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion The relevant factors causing intestinal obstruction after cesarean section are relatively complicated. The anesthesia method, operation time exceeding 60 minutes, excessive intraoperative blood loss, and combined gynecological diseases are the risk factors for intestinal obstruction after cesarean section. We should take relevant preventive measures during the operation, make diagnosis and treatment as soon as possible after the operation to ensure the safety of maternal life.
