弹力线肛肠套扎器治疗环状混合痔30例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨弹力线肛肠套扎器治疗环状混合痔的临床效果。方法:选取2021年1月至2023年12月,本院收治的60例环状混合痔患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例,观察组采用弹力线肛肠套扎器治疗,对照组采用传统外剥内扎术治疗,比较2组临床疗效、术后并发症及肛肠动力学指标等。结果:观察组总有效率为100.0%,明显高于对照组的86.7%(P<0.05);手术时间、术中出血量、创面愈合时间和住院时间均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);术后1 d、3 d和7 d疼痛评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);术后应激指标水平和肛肠动力学指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:弹力线肛肠套扎器治疗环状混合痔临床效果满意,可降低术后疼痛,减少并发症的发生,值得临床推广使用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of the elastic thread hemorrhoid ligation device in the treatment of annular mixed hemorrhoids.Methods Total 60 patients with annular mixed hemorrhoids admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with the elastic thread hemorrhoid ligation device,and the control group was given the Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy(MMH).The clinical efficacy,postoperative complications and colorectal dynamic indicators of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 100.0%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(86.7%)(P<0.05).The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,wound healing time and hospital stay were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The pain scores on the 1st day,3rd day and 7th day after the operation were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative stress index levels and colorectal dynamic indicators were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The elastic thread hemorrhoid ligation device has satisfactory clinical effect in the treatment of annular mixed hemorrhoids,which can lower the postoperative pain,reduce the occurrence of complications,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
