复方荆芥熏洗剂联合肛泰软膏用于混合痔术后的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:分析复方荆芥熏洗剂联合肛泰软膏用于混合痔术后的临床效果。方法:选取2023年4月至2024年4月,本院收治的98例混合痔手术患者。根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各49例。均采用混合痔外剥内扎术治疗,术后对照组接受肛泰软膏治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合复方荆芥熏洗剂熏洗坐浴。观察比较2组患者恢复情况,术后疼痛和创面渗出物等。结果:治疗期间,观察组有4例患者脱落,对照组脱落5例。观察组肛周水肿消失时间、渗出物消失时间和创面愈合时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3 d和5 d,观察组创面渗液评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后1 d和3 d,观察组疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:混合痔术后使用复方荆芥熏洗剂联合肛泰软膏治疗,能促进患者快速康复,减少创面渗出物,减轻术后疼痛,且安全性较高。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Compound Jingjie Fumigation and Washing combined with Gangtai Ointment in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 98 patients with mixed hemorrhoid operation admitted to our hospital from April 2023 to April 2024 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 49 cases in each group.All patients were treated with Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy(MMH)for mixed hemorrhoids.After the operation,the control group received the treatment of Gangtai Ointment,and the observation group was given Compound Jingjie Fumigation and Washing sitz bath on the basis of the control group.The recovery,postoperative pain,and wound exudate of the two groups were observed and compared.Results During the treatment,four patients in the observation group and five patients in the control group dropped out,respectively.The disappearance time of perianal edema,the disappearance time of exudate,and the wound healing time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).On the 3rd day and 5th day after operation,the wound exudate score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).On the 1st day and 3rd day after the operation,the pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of postoperative mixed hemorrhoid,Compound Jingjie Fumigation and Washing combined with Gangtai Ointment can promote the rapid recovery of patients,reduce wound exudate,relieve postoperative pain,and has high safety.
