复方化瘀止痛汤坐浴用于气滞血瘀型痔术后的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探究复方化瘀止痛汤用于气滞血瘀型痔术后的疗效和安全性。方法:选取2023年11月至2024年11月,本院收治的100例气滞血瘀型痔术后患者,按数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。2组均采用外切内扎术治疗,观察组术后在常规治疗基础上给予复方化瘀止痛汤坐浴治疗。对照组在常规治疗基础上给予高锰酸钾溶液坐浴。比较2组术后疼痛程度、疗效及并发症情况。结果:干预后1 d、3 d和5 d,观察组疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),术后首次排便时间、下床时间和住院时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05),2组术后并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组临床总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:气滞血瘀型痔术后采用复方化瘀止痛汤坐浴临床效果显著,能有效减轻疼痛,加快恢复,具有良好的安全性。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Compound Huayu Zhitong Decoction for postoperative hemorrhoids with pattern of qi stagnation and blood stasis.Methods From November 2023 to November 2024,total 100 patients with postoperative hemorrhoids with pattern of qi stagnation and blood stasis admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the digital table method,with 50 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with external resection and internal ligation.The observation group was given sitz bath with Compound Huayu Zhitong Decoction on the basis of conventional treatment after the operation.The control group was treated with sitz bath with potassium permanganate solution on the basis of conventional treatment.The postoperative pain degree,efficacy and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group 1,3 and 5 days after intervention(P<0.05).The first defecation time,the first time to get out of bed and hospital stay after the operation were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05),and the total clinical effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sitz bath with Compound Huayu Zhitong Decoction has significant clinical effect on postoperative hemorrhoids with pattern of qi stagnation and blood stasis,which can effectively reduce pain,accelerate recovery,and has good safety.
