摘　　要：目的:分析生物反馈治疗对经括约肌肛瘘手术患者括约肌功能的影响。方法:选取2020年8月至2023年8月本院300例采用经括约肌肛瘘手术治疗的患者,随机分为常规组和反馈组,每组各150例。常规组术后采用常规治疗配合康复训练;反馈组在常规组治疗的基础上实施生物反馈治疗,比较2组临床疗效,肛管直肠压力和生理心理健康情况。结果:反馈组总有效率明显高于常规组(P<0.05);术前,2组肛管直肠压力值、心理和生理健康评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后1个月,反馈组肛管静息压、肛管最大收缩压和直肠静息压均明显低于常规组(P<0.05);生理和心理健康评分均高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:生物反馈治疗能提高经括约肌肛瘘手术患者治疗有效率,有效降低肛管直肠压力,提升生理健康和心理健康水平,值得推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of biofeedback therapy on the sphincter function of patients undergoing ligation of intersphincteric fistula tract(LIFT).Methods Total 300 patients who underwent LIFT in our hospital from August 2020 to August 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the conventional group and the feedback group,with 150 cases in each group.The conventional group received conventional treatment combined with rehabilitation training after operation and the feedback group was given biofeedback therapy on the basis of the treatment in the conventional group.The clinical efficacy,anorectal pressure,and physical and mental health of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the feedback group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Before the operation,there was no significant difference in the anorectal pressure,psychological and physical health scores between the two groups(P>0.05).One month after the operation,the anal resting pressure,anal maximal contraction pressure and rectal resting pressure in the feedback group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The physical and mental health scores were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Biofeedback therapy can improve the therapeutic effectiveness of patients undergoing LIFT,effectively reduce the anorectal pressure,and enhance the physical and mental health levels,which is worthy of promotion and application.
