美沙拉嗪口服联合康复新液保留灌肠治疗急性期溃疡性结肠炎的疗效及安全性

摘　　要：目的:探讨美沙拉嗪肠溶片口服联合康复新液保留灌肠治疗急性期溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的疗效及安全性。方法:选取2021年1月至2023年12月,本院急诊收治的80例急性期UC患者,依照治疗方法不同分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组患者采用美沙拉嗪肠溶片口服治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合康复新液保留灌肠。对比2组临床疗效,治疗前后内镜活检组织学分级和炎症因子水平等。结果:观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组内镜活检0级例数多于对照组(P<0.05),3级、4级例数少于对照组(P<0.05);白细胞介素-18、转化生长因子-β1和白细胞介素-6水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:急性期UC患者采用美沙拉嗪肠溶片口服联合康复新液保留灌肠治疗可提高临床疗效,改善患者内镜活检组织学分级,减轻机体炎症反应,安全性较高。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of oral mesalazine enteric-coated tablets combined with Kangfuxin Solution retention enema in the treatment of acute ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods Total 80 patients with acute UC admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to different treatment methods,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with oral mesalazine enteric-coated tablets,while the observation group was given Kangfuxin Solution retention enema on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,histological grading of endoscopic biopsy and levels of inflammatory factors before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of cases with grade 0 of endoscopic biopsy in the observation group was more than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the number of cases with grade 3 and grade 4 was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of interleukin-18,transforming growth factor-β1 and interleukin-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with acute UC,oral mesalazine enteric-coated tablets combined with Kangfuxin Solution retention enema can enhance the clinical efficacy,improve the histological grading of endoscopic biopsy,reduce the body's inflammatory response,and has higher safety.
