肛泰栓软膏治疗慢性直肠炎41例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探究肛泰栓软膏注肛治疗慢性直肠炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2022年5月至2023年10月,本院收治的82例慢性直肠炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各41例。对照组给予复方荆芥熏洗剂坐浴治疗,观察组在此基础上加用肛泰栓软膏注肛治疗。连续治疗14d后比较2组疗效、黏膜炎症改变程度、出血及凝血指标等。结果:观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),血浆凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间、纤维蛋白原和血小板计数水平均优于对照组(P<0.05),黏膜出血消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05),肠黏膜炎症好转情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:慢性直肠炎采用肛泰栓软膏治疗,能快速改善肠黏膜炎症,减少出血,提高临床疗效。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Gangtai Suppository Ointment for rectal administration in the treatment of chronic rectitis.Methods Total 82 patients with chronic rectitis admitted to our hospital from May 2022 to October 2023 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given sitz bath treatment with Compound Jingjie Fumigation and Washing,and the observation group was additionally treated with Gangtai Suppository Ointment for rectal administration on this basis.After 14 days of continuous treatment,the efficacy,changes in mucosal inflammation,bleeding and coagulation indicators of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The plasma prothrombin time,activated partial prothrombin time,the levels of fibrinogen and platelet count were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of mucosal bleeding was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the improvement of intestinal mucosal inflammation was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of chronic rectitis,Gangtai Suppository Ointment can rapidly improve intestinal mucosal inflammation,reduce bleeding,and improve clinical efficacy.
