分段开塞露纳肛联合体位管理用于脑出血便秘患者的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析分段开塞露纳肛联合体位管理在脑出血便秘患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年10月至2023年10月,本院收治的58例脑出血便秘患者,采用电脑随机分组法分为观察组和对照组,每组各29例。对照组实施常规干预,观察组在对照组基础上实施分段开塞露纳肛联合体位管理。结果:观察组患者便秘治疗效果明显高于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),患者排便费力程度、便秘伴随情况、排便时间及生活质量均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脑出血便秘患者采用分段开塞露纳肛联合体位管理治疗临床效果显著,能明显减少不良反应,改善患者排便费力、便秘伴随情况及排便时间,提高患者生活质量。Objective To analyze the application effect of divided administration of glycerine enema combined with postural management in patients with cerebral hemorrhage and constipation. Methods Total 58 patients with cerebral hemorrhage and constipation admitted to our hospital from October 2020 to October 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group by computer random grouping method, with 29 cases in each group. The control group received conventional intervention, and the observation group was given divided administration of glycerine enema combined with postural management on the basis of the control group. Results The therapeutic effect of constipation in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05), and the degree of difficulty in defecation, concomitant conditions of constipation, defecation time and quality of life(QOL) in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The divided administration of glycerine enema combined with postural management has significant clinical effect in patients with cerebral hemorrhage and constipation, which can significantly reduce adverse reactions, improve the degree of difficulty in defecation, concomitant conditions of constipation and defecation time, and enhance the QOL of patients.
