低FODMAPs饮食干预联合心理支持用于腹泻型肠易激综合征的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:分析采用低发酵-低聚糖-二糖-单糖-多元醇(FODMAPs)饮食干预联合心理支持治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2021年6月至2023年3月,本院收治的63例腹泻型肠易激综合征患者临床资料,按照护理方式分为观察组32例和对照组31例。观察组接受低FODMAPs饮食干预结合心理支持治疗,对照组采用常规饮食干预联合心理支持治疗。比较2组疾病严重程度、心理状态和生活质量。结果:2组护理前各指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组护理后疾病严重程度、心理状态和生活质量评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:低FODMAPs饮食干预联合心理支持治疗可降低腹泻型肠易激综合征患者疾病严重程度,缓解负面情绪,提高生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of low fermentation-oligosaccharide-disaccharide-monosaccharide-polyols(FODMAPs) diet intervention combined with psychological support in the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome(IBS). Methods Clinical data of 63 patients with diarrhea-predominant IBS admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to March 2023 were retrospectively analyzed, and were divided into the observation group(32 cases) and the control group(31 cases) according to nursing methods. The observation group received low FODMAPs diet intervention combined with psychological support treatment, and the control group received conventional diet intervention combined with psychological support treatment. The severity of disease, mental state and quality of life(QOL) of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in all indexes between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05). The severity of disease, psychological state and QOL in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Low FODMAPs diet intervention combined with psychological support can reduce the severity of disease in patients with diarrhea-predominant IBS, alleviate negative emotions and improve QOL, which is worthy of clinical application.
