摘  要:全氟异丁腈(C_(4)F_(7)N)混合气体绝缘电气设备正处于研发与小规模应用阶段,设备气固材料的相容性是普遍关注的问题之一。该文以氦气(He)为对照组,以气体绝缘电气设备常用的固体绝缘材料双酚A型环氧树脂为研究对象,开展了70℃和100℃条件下为期28天的相容性热加速试验。从气体组分、固体表面形貌、表面化学性质、玻璃化转变温度等方面评价了C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2)混合气体及其分解气体两种气氛与双酚A型环氧树脂材料的相容特性。结合α-Al_(2)O_(3)掺杂微粒与环氧树脂基体的界面区理论,分析了环氧树脂试样电学性能的变化规律。研究结果表明,综合考虑气体与固体的相互作用,C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2)及其分解气体与双酚A型环氧树脂具有良好的气固相容性。As a potential SF_(6) alternative,perfluoroisobutyronitrile (C_(4)F_(7)N) mixed gas-insulated electrica equipment is currently in the research and small-scale application stage.The compatibility of gas-solid material is essential for long-term operation of gas-insulated electrical equipment.Taking Helium gas as the control group this paper conducts thermal acceleration tests to assess the compatibility of bisphenol-A epoxy resin unde C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2) and its gas byproduct atmospheres to provide a reference for the application of C_(4)F_(7N) mixed gas in environmentally friendly gas-insulated electrical equipment.Three atmospheres are established:Helium,C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2) mixture,C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2) and its gas byproducts.Herein the C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2) and its gas byproducts are generated through repetitive 50 Hz AC breakdown discharge tests Bisphenol-A epoxy resin is shaped into column and sheet samples.Compatibility thermal acceleration tests are conducted at 70℃and 100℃for 28 days in a high-low-temperature test chamber.The compatibility characteristics are evaluated from gas composition,solid surface morphology,solid surface chemical properties and glass transition temperature using a gas chromatography-mass spectrometer (GC-MS),scanning electron microscope (SEM)/energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FIRT),and differential scanning calorimeter,respectively.According to the interface zone theory between doped particles αAl_(2)O_(3) and epoxy resin matrix,variations in the electrical properties of epoxy resin samples are analyzed.GC-MS results show no new gases are generated in the atmospheres of C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2) mixture and C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2) and its gas byproducts.However,due to the adsorption of α-Al_(2)O_(3) particles filled in epoxy resin samples,the content of CNCN in the C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2 )and its gas byproduct atmosphere is significantly decreased.According to SEM/EDS detection,epoxy resin samples’surface has slight corrosion under the C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2) a
