摘 要:可调静子是变循环分离风扇在中低转速下实现更大流通能力的关键手段。本文针对“2+1”和“1+2”两种构型变循环分离风扇的极限流通能力随进口导叶(IGV)和静子调节的变化规律展开了数值模拟研究。研究结果表明,涵道比和可调静子组合调节情况下,“1+2”变循环分离风扇的极限流通能力更强;而涵道比固定为0.3时,“2+1”变循环分离风扇的极限流通能力更强。进一步的分析表明,IGV的调节角度决定了第一级风扇流量-压比特性线位置,从而决定了风扇的理论极限流通能力;而所有可调静子叶片的调节角度决定了第一级风扇与后面级风扇的匹配状态,从而决定了第一级风扇在自身特性线上匹配的最大流量状态,进而决定了风扇的实际极限流通能力。涵道比和可调静子组合调节情况下,“1+2”变循环分离风扇可用的IGV调节角度更大,因此其极限流通能力更强;涵道比固定情况下变循环分离风扇的极限流通能力与初始状态下各级的匹配有关,对于本文研究的两种构型变循环分离风扇,涵道比为0.3时“2+1”变循环分离风扇各级匹配状态有利于获得更大的可用IGV调节角度,因此其极限流通能力更强。The adjustable stator plays a crucial role in enhancing the flow capacity of variable cycle split fans at low and middle speed.Numerical simulations are conducted to investigate the impact of the inlet guide vane(IGV)and stator regulation on the maximum flow capacity of variable cycle split fans in two configurations:“2+1”and“1+2”.The results show that the maximum flow capacity of the“1+2”variable cycle split fans is stronger when the bypass ratio and adjustable stator are adjusted at the same time.When the bypass ratio is fixed at 0.3,the maximum flow capacity of the“2+1”variable cycle split fans is stronger.Further analysis shows that the adjustment angle of IGV determines the position of the massflow-pressure ratio characteristic line of the first stage fan,which determines the theoretical maximum flow capacity of the fans.The adjustment angle of all adjustable stator vanes determines the matching state of the first stage fan and the subsequent stage fan,which determines the maximum flow state of the first stage fan on its own characteristic line,and then determines the actual maximum flow capacity of the fans.Under the combined regulation of bypass ratio and adjustable stator,the available adjustment angle of the IGV of“1+2”variable cycle split fans is larger,so its maximum flow capacity is stronger.The maximum flow capacity of variable cycle split fans is determined by the initial matching state of each stage when the bypass ratio remains fixed.For the two configurations of variable cycle split fans studied in this paper,when the bypass ratio is 0.3,the matching state of“2+1”variable cycle split fans at each stage is more conducive to obtain a larger available adjustment angle of the IGV,so its maximum flow capacity is stronger.
