摘  要:目的设计一套辐射应急医学救援训练系统,用于核污染条件下医学救援关键技术流程的模拟训练与辅助决策。方法系统采用浏览器(Browser)和服务器(Service)的B/S分布式技术架构,基于JAVA语言环境和MySQL数据库共同设计开发,自下而上分为基础层、数据库层、管理层、应用层、接入层5个层次,能够实现救援分队应急转运、现场处置作业引导、救援知识技能学习、系统综合数据管理、救援技能考核评估五大功能。结果该系统不仅能通过日常训练提升核医学作业人员的理论素养,综合考评救援队伍的专业水准,还能适用于辐射应急现场救援的辅助决策,真正形成了“训练-考核-应用”一体的智能化教学模式,显著提升了救援队伍的实战化训练效果。结论辐射应急医学救援训练系统拓宽了核医学实战化教学手段,提升了核灾害救援信息化卫勤保障能力,并为相关教学训练的开展提供了新的思路。Objective To create a radiation emergency medical rescue system that offers comprehensive training and auxiliary decision-making support in the event of nuclear contamination scenarios.Methods The system adopts browser and service(B/S)distributed technology architecture and is developed using JAVA language and MySQL database.It comprises five distinct layers:the base layer,database layer,management layer,application layer,and access layer.Furthermore,the system's design aims to achieve five primary functions:emergency response for rescue teams,guidance on on-site disposal operations,learning of rescue knowledge and skills,comprehensive management of system data,and evaluation of training effects.Results This system can not only improve the capabilities of nuclear medicine workers through daily training,but also can be used to assist decision-making.In fact,this intelligent teaching model has significantly improved the training effect of the rescue team.Conclusion This system enhances the information support capabilities of nuclear medical rescue and provides a novel insight into the advancement of related training.
