摘　　要：目的针对苏州市非急救转运服务的建设探索与问题进行分析,并提出相应的对策。方法收集整理了苏州市自2015年12月起筹备开展非急救转运服务的建设探索资料,统计分析2017年1月—2024年6月的非急救转运出车数据。结果苏州市非急救转运服务经过多年的发展建设,通过开展全过程管理、加强内部监管、整治外部环境、扩大品牌宣传等措施,与时俱进并不断优化,取得一定成效。结论可采用提升品牌效应、提高公众认知、创新业务渠道、推动立法规范等优化措施,解决苏州市非急救转运服务建设的现存问题,推动非急救转运服务高质量发展。Objective According to the exploration and analysis of the construction and problems of non-emergency transport service in Suzhou city,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.Methods This paper collected and sorted out the exploration data of the construction of non-emergency transport service in Suzhou since December 2015,and statistically analyzed the data of non-emergency transport from January 2017 to June 2024.Results After years of development and construction,the non-emergency transport service in Suzhou has kept pace with The Times and continuously optimized through measures such as whole-process management,strengthening internal supervision,improving external environment and expanding brand publicity.Conclusion Optimization measures such as enhancing brand effect,improving public awareness,innovating business channels,and promoting legislative norms can be adopted to solve the existing problems in the construction of non emergency transportation services in Suzhou and promote the high-quality development of non emergency transportation services.
