摘　　要：目的为了探索信息化考评在本科军事医学人才培养中的应用方式,进一步提升学员培养质效。方法将信息化考评系统部署应用于某军医大学毕业学员军事医学综合演练考核,全程参与评估准备和评估过程进行数据收集。结果信息化考评方式在精细程度和反馈速度等方面明显优于传统纸质考评方式。对考评结果分析发现学员在手术组得分较高,且共性问题较为集中。结论信息化考评方式能够有效提升军事医学演练的考评效果,下一步应从考评内容标准化、考评方式实战化和考评手段智能化3个方面进行改进。Objective To investigate the application of information-based evaluation in cultivating undergraduate military medical officers,and further improve the quality and efficiency of cadet training.Methods The information based evaluation system was implemented in the comprehensive military medical exercise assessment of undergraduates of a certain military medical university.Data collection was carried out throughout the preparation and evaluation process.Results The information-based evaluation approach outperforms traditional paper-based methods in terms of precision and feedback speed.It was observed that cadets scored higher in the surgical group and their common issues were similar.Conclusion The information-based evaluation method can improve the evaluation effect of military medical exercises.Recommendations for improvement were proposed in three areas:standardization of evaluation content,practicality in evaluation methods,and enhancement of evaluation tools.
