摘　　要：动物致伤及动物源性疾病已经成为中国重要的公共卫生问题。文中基于既往文献和报道,梳理中国常见动物致伤(如犬咬伤、猫抓咬伤、蛇咬伤、蜂蛰伤、海蜇蜇伤等)及动物源性疾病(狂犬病、破伤风、流行性出血热、人B病毒感染等)的流行病学概况,分析流行与发展趋势,结合国家规划、政策提出建议性意见,从而为制定中国动物致伤监测系统和防治策略提供参考,为动物致伤防治体系的规范化、标准化、同质化建设提供帮助。Animal-induced human injury and animal-derived diseases have become an important public health problem in China.Based on previous literature and reports,this paper reviews the epidemiological situation of common animal-induced human injuries(such as dog bite,cat scratche,snake bite,bee sting,jellyfish sting,etc.)and animal derived diseases(rabies,tetanus,epidemic hemorrhagic fever,human B virus infection,etc.),analyzes the prevalence and development trend,and puts forward suggestions based on national planning and policies.It will provide reference for the formulation of China's monitoring system of animal-induced human injury and prevention and control strategy,and help for the normalization,standardization and homogenization of animal-induced human injury prevention and control system.
