摘 要:创伤性脑损伤(TBI)是由外力引起脑组织结构破坏或功能紊乱的神经系统疾病。其发病率、致死率和致残率居高不下,给患者家庭和社会带来了巨大负担。中性粒细胞作为损伤部位的第一线转运固有免疫细胞,高度参与TBI的发生、发展和恢复过程。本文综述了中性粒细胞与TBI后脑灌注压异常、脑水肿、凝血功能亢进和神经修复的关系以及靶向中性粒细胞治疗TBI的活性分子,旨在为TBI的研究奠定基础。Traumatic brain injury(TBI)is a neurological disorder in which an external force strikes the head,leading to structural damage or functional disorders in the brain tissue.Its high morbidity,mortality,and disability rates impose a severe burden on patients’families and the society.Neutrophils,as first-line innate immune cells at the site of injury,play a crucial role in the occurrence,development,and recovery of TBI.This paper reviewed the relationship between neutrophils and abnormal cerebral perfusion pressure,cerebral edema,hypercoagulation,and neural repair after the TBI,and examined active molecules targeting neutrophils in TBI treatment,aiming to lay a foundation for further research.
