摘　　要：中枢神经系统(CNS)感染因血脑屏障限制了多种抗菌药物的临床应用,给临床治疗带来了严峻的挑战,鞘内/脑室内给药方式的提出为CNS感染的治疗提供了一项新的策略,这种给药方式可以绕过血脑屏障,直接到达CNS,从而发挥出抗感染作用。基于此,本研究对近年来氨基糖苷类、糖肽类、多肽类以及替加环素等抗菌药物鞘内/脑室内给药进行总结,旨在为临床CNS感染的治疗提供一定的参考。Central nervous system(CNS)infection limits the clinical application of various antimicrobial agents due to the blood-brain barrier,which brings severe challenges to clinical treatment.The proposal of intrathecal/intraventricular drug delivery provides a new strategy for the treatment of CNS infection,which can directly bypass the blood-brain barrier and reach the CNS,thus exerting antibacterial effects.Based on this,this study summarized the intrathecal/intraventricular administration of aminoglycosides,glycopeptides,polypeptides and tigecycline antibiotics in recent years,aiming to provide certain reference for the treatment of CNS infection.
