摘　　要：异黄腐酚(IXN)是一种天然植物提取物,来源于啤酒花和苦参。研究表明,IXN具有抗糖尿病、抗肥胖、抗肿瘤、抑制血管生成及调节炎症等药理活性。在抗糖尿病和抗肥胖方面,IXN不仅可直接作用于细胞,影响相关细胞因子及通路靶点等抵抗糖尿病和肥胖症,还可通过影响肠道微生物间接影响这两种疾病的发生。IXN还具有广泛的抗肿瘤活性,包括结肠癌、卵巢癌、乳腺癌、前列腺癌、黑色素瘤等,通过阻断细胞周期,诱导细胞自噬或凋亡等机制抑制肿瘤。此外,IXN在抗血管生成及调节炎症方面也具有重要意义,涉及的相关信号通路影响着多种疾病的发展。本文全面梳理了IXN在药理方面的研究进展,以期为深入研究IXN提供参考。Isoxanthohumol(IXN)is a natural plant extract,derived from hops and sophora flavescens.Studies have shown that IXN has pharmacological activities such as anti-diabetes,anti-obesity,anti-tumor,angiogenesis inhibition and inflammation regulation.Anti-diabetes and anti-obesity effects were discovered in recent years.IXN can directly act on cells,affect related cytokines and pathway targets for diabetes and obesity,among which microorganisms play an important role in the treatment of these diseases.On the other hand,the anti-tumor effect of IXN has been widely studied,including colon cancer,ovarian cancer,breast cancer,prostate cancer,melanoma and other cancer cells.Tumor is suppressed by blocking the cell cycle,inducing cell autophagy or apoptosis and other mechanisms.In addition,IXN also plays a role in anti-angiogenic and anti-inflammatory regulation,and the related signaling pathways involved affect the development of many diseases.This paper comprehensively summarized the research progress in the pharmacology of IXN,to provide reference for further research on IXN.
