摘 要:目的建立鸡骨草中13种金属元素的电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)检测方法,并分析评价其重金属含量的安全风险以及元素间的相关性。方法采用ICP-MS法同时测定61个鸡骨草样品中13个元素的含量,先运用污染指数法对其重金属进行初步评价,再根据评价结果进一步采用危害指数法进行安全风险评估,采用SPSS 26版统计分析软件对相关元素进行相关性分析。结果经评估鸡骨草样品中有3个样品存在重金属污染,但进一步的风险评估结果表明,单一重金属及5种重金属铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、砷(As)、汞(Hg)、铜(Cu)累积暴露的健康风险均可以被接受;13种金属元素间多种元素存在显著相关性,被分析的鸡骨草样品的大多数元素存在正相关关系。结论采用的重金属安全风险评估方法合理,鸡骨草的重金属健康风险相对较小,人体必需或有益的元素钠(Na)、镁(Mg)、钾(K)、钙(Ca)、锰(Mn)、铁(Fe)、锌(Zn)、硒(Se)与5种重金属间存在一定的关系。Objective To establish an inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)method to determine 13 metal elements in Abrus cantoniensis Hances,the safety risk of heavy metal content,and the correlation between elements.Methods The contents of 13 elements in 61 Abrus cantoniensis Hance samples were determined by ICP-MS.Firstly,the pollution index method was used to evaluate the heavy metals.According to the evaluation,the hazard index method was further used to evaluate the safety risk.The correlation of related elements was analyzed by SPSS 26 statistical analysis software.Results Three samples of Abrus cantoniensis Hance were contaminated by heavy metals.However,the further risk assessment showed that the health risks of single heavy metal and cumulative exposure of Pb,Cd,As,Hg and Cu were acceptable.There were obvious correlations among the 13 metal elements and positive correlations between most elements in the Abrus cantoniensis Hance sample.Conclusion The safety risk assessment of heavy metals adoption is reasonable.The health risk of heavy metals in Abrus cantoniensis Hance is fairly small,and a certain relationship exists between the essential or beneficial elements Na,Mg,K,Ca,Mn,Fe,Zn and Se and five heavy metals.
