双源CT冠脉造影在冠状动脉狭窄诊断中的临床价值

摘　　要：目的:对在冠状动脉狭窄诊断过程当中应用双源CT冠脉造影的价值进行分析研究。方法:选取2023年1月至2023年12月期间本院收治的疑似患有冠状动脉疾病的患者98例,对所有患者进行常规冠状动脉造影和双源CT冠脉造影检查。观察其临床运用价值。结果:从狭窄程度分布结果来看,两种检查方式无显著统计学差异(P>0.05)。以冠状动脉造影检查结果作为权威标准,根据统计结果可以看到,双源CT冠脉造影诊断冠状动脉狭窄的灵敏度为98.36%、特异度为91.89%、阳性预测值为95.24%、阴性预测值为97.14%、诊断精准性为95.92%。这一结果与权威结果相比不具备明显的差异。根据问卷反馈结果,患者对于双源CT冠脉造影诊断的满意度为95.92%,比常规冠状动脉造影要高,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:双源CT冠脉造影技术在冠状动脉狭窄的临床诊断中应用价值显著,具有较高的敏感度与特异度,且患者体验感更好,有助于提高患者的治疗效果和预后水平,值得推广。Objective:to analyzethevalueof dual sourceCT quantitativeangiography in thediagnosisof coronary artery stenosis.Methods:98 patients with suspected coronary artery disease in our hospital from January to December 2023 were selected,and all patients were examined by conventional coronary angiography and dual source CT quantitative angiography.To observe its clinical application value.Results:there was no significant difference in the number of patients between the two methods(P>0.05).According to the statistical results,the sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value and diagnostic accuracy of dual source CT quantitative angiography in the diagnosis of coronary artery stenosis were 98.36%,91.89%,95.24%,97.14%and 95.92%,respectively.This result is not significantly different from the authoritative results,and has no high research value in statistics.According to the feedback results of the questionnaire,the satisfaction of patients with dual source CT quantitative contrast diagnosis was 95.92%,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:the application value of dual source CT quantitative angiography in the clinical diagnosis of coronary artery stenosis is higher,with higher sensitivity and specificity,and less invasive than conventional examination methods,which is helpful to improve the treatment effect and prognosis of patients,and is worthy of promotion.
