摘  要:以4年生贵长猕猴桃为试材,以每株单施复合肥0.5 kg+水30 kg为对照,以复合肥减半0.25 kg、分别配施4种浓度的腐熟液体猪粪为处理,探究对园地土壤,果实品质、产量的影响,结果表明,猪粪替代部分化肥混合施肥能够显著改善土壤物理性质,减小土壤容重,增大土壤孔隙度;随猪粪浓度的增加,果实硬度、单果重、果实干物质含量、Vc含量、可溶性固形物含量、可滴定酸含量、固酸比、级果率等品质指标以及产量都呈优化动态变化。以处理T4复合肥0.25 kg+发酵猪粪30 kg的效果最佳,显著优于对照TC单施复合肥0.5 kg+水30 kg、处理T1复合肥0.25 kg+发酵猪粪7.5 kg+水22.5 kg、T2复合肥0.25 kg+发酵猪粪15 kg+水15 kg;效果次之的为处理T3复合肥0.25 kg+发酵猪粪22.5 kg+水7.5 kg。A study was conducted to investigate the effects of different fertilization treatments on soil properties,fruit quality,and yield of kiwifruit cultivar Guichang.The control group received a single application of o.5 kg of compound fertilizer plus 30 kg of water per plant.The experimental groups received half the amount of compound fertilizer(0.25 kg)mixed with four concentrations of liquid pig manure.The results showed that mixed fertilization significantly improved soil physical properties,reducing soil bulk density and increasing soil porosity.As the concentration of pig manure increased,fruit quality indicators such as firmness,single fruit weight,dry matter content,Vc content,soluble solids content,titratable acid content,solid acid ratio,and grade fruit rate,as well as yield,exhibited optimal dynamic changes.Among the treatments,T4(0.25 kg of compound fertilizer+30 kg of fermented pig manure)performed best,significantly outperforming the control group TC(0.5 kg of compound fertilizer+30 kg of water),T1(0.25 kg of compound fertilizer+7.5 kg of fermented pig manure+22.5 kg of water),T2(0.25 kg of compound ferilizer+15 kg of fermented pig manure+15 kg of water).The second best performance was observed in T3(0.25 kg of compound fertilizer+22.5 kg of fermented pig manure+7.5 kg of water).
