摘 要:针对花键轴磨床企业零件生产加工精度评估需要,利用Fisher判别分析法对闲置机床的加工精度等级进行评估。将评估数据分为评判标准类和待判样品类。为保证正确性,对评判标准类数据进行误判率和显著性差异检验,并利用回代法将数据代入线性判别函数方程式进行量化归类。结果表明,评判标准类数据可以作为待判数据的评判标准,Fisher判别分析法能够对加工精度进行可靠评估。In order to evaluate the machining accuracy of part production in spline shaft grinding machine enterprise,the Fisher discriminant analysis method was used to evaluate the machining accuracy level of idle machine tool.The evaluation data were divided into evaluation standard data and sample to be evaluated.In order to ensure the correctness,the misjudgment rate test and significance difference test were carried out on the evaluation standard data,and the data was substituted into the linear discriminant function equation by using the algebraic method to obtain quantitative classification.The result shows that the evaluation standard data can be used as the evaluation criterion for the data to be evaluated,and the Fisher discriminant analysis method can reliably evaluate the machining accuracy.
