摘  要:氧化是脂肪酸降解的重要途径,对不同生物体的生长发育都至关重要。基于此,从线粒体与过氧化物酶体β-氧化过程、参与β-氧化途径的核心酶、致病机制及其上游转录因子的精准调控网络等方面简要介绍了病原真菌β-氧化途径研究进展,并指出了今后的研究方向。建议持续开展病原真菌转录因子与脂肪酸β-氧化途径之间的互作网络与调控机制以及病原菌死体营养阶段能量供给机制研究,有助于进一步增加对病原菌致病机制的了解,对设计新的植物病害防治策略具有重要的参考价值。β-oxidation is an important pathway for the degradation of fatty acids and is crucial for the growth and development of different organisms.Based on this,this paper briefly introduced the research progress on theβ-oxidation pathway in pathogenic fungi from the aspects of mitochondrial and peroxisomeβ-oxidation processes,core enzymes involved in theβ-oxidation pathway,pathogenic mechanisms,and precise regulatory networks of upstream transcription factors,and pointed out future research directions.It is recommended to continue the research on the interaction network and regulatory mechanism between transcription factors and fatty acidβ-oxidation pathway in pathogenic fungi,as well as the energy supply mechanism during necrotroph stage of pathogenic fungi.It will help further increase the understanding of the pathogenic mechanism of pathogenic fungi and has important reference values for designing new plant disease prevention and control strategies.
